IDS Patent Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IDS/Patent Specialist for a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collecting and analyzing digital documents and related data
• Reviewing data and documents for errors
• Preparing and filing Information Disclosure Statements with the USPTO

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in patent law as a patent legal secretary, IDS specialist, or other patent prosecution support position
• Experience generating and reviewing a variety of IDSs from small to large (100+ references)
• Proficiency with digital word processors and similar computer applications
• Experience with creating and maintaining spreadsheets and/or databases
• Ability to follow client procedures and confidentiality guidelines
