Job Summary

Managing onboarding and training programs for IFM Facility Managers and Technicians, the full-time IFM Operations Manager will ensure compliance, provide operational support, and drive efficiency improvements in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead onboarding and training programs while maintaining process documentation and training materials
  • Analyze operational metrics to identify service gaps and implement corrective actions
  • Manage communications and ensure compliance with various operational requirements across IFM teams
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • 8-10 years of experience in commercial property management or facility management
  • Strong background in financial reporting and contract review
  • Experience managing and developing teams
  • CMMS/work order management experience preferred
