Job Summary
Managing onboarding and training programs for IFM Facility Managers and Technicians, the full-time IFM Operations Manager will ensure compliance, provide operational support, and drive efficiency improvements in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and training programs while maintaining process documentation and training materials
- Analyze operational metrics to identify service gaps and implement corrective actions
- Manage communications and ensure compliance with various operational requirements across IFM teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- 8-10 years of experience in commercial property management or facility management
- Strong background in financial reporting and contract review
- Experience managing and developing teams
- CMMS/work order management experience preferred
