IFS Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support the implementation of IFS ERP in new locations, the full-time IFS Business Analyst will gather and validate business requirements, analyze existing processes, and ensure alignment with corporate strategies, working remotely or from Erlanger, KY, or Chicago, IL.

Key responsibilities:

• Gather, document, and validate functional and technical requirements from business stakeholders
• Analyze current business processes and identify gaps with IFS ERP functionalities, proposing solutions
• Support end-to-end implementation of IFS ERP, including testing, training, and post-go-live support

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with 2-3 years in IFS ERP implementations
• Strong understanding of IFS modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing
• Proficiency in business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart)
• Experience in defining and executing test scenarios for ERP systems
• Understanding of ERP change management and best practices for user adoption
