IGA Operations Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IGA Operations Engineer to support the operation of systems in Identity and Access Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for the IGA solution and ensure its reliability and availability
• Implement and manage incident, service request, change, and problem management processes
• Maintain system configurations and documentation, and serve as an on-call resource for incident response

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Relevant technical or security certification (e.g., CompTia Security+, CISSP)
• Three years of experience in identity management and governance products
• Experience with Saviynt or similar IGA tools, and SQL scripting
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD/EntraID, and SNOW ticketing system
