iGaming Delivery Manager
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Lead Delivery Manager with a strong background in iGaming and slot games, this fully remote position will manage the technical direction of multiple gambling projects while overseeing delivery processes and mentoring Tech Leads.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the technical direction of iGaming projects, including slots and instant games
- Oversee up to four parallel projects through Tech Leads, ensuring consistency in architecture and development standards
- Act as the key technical decision-maker for gambling products and support Tech Leads in scaling delivery
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on technical experience, preferably with Unity or similar
- 3+ years of experience in iGaming, specifically with slots and crash games
- 2+ years in leadership roles such as Tech Lead or Team Lead
- Deep understanding of slot mechanics, RTP, RNG, and game math
- Experience managing multiple teams or projects simultaneously
