IICRC Certified Estimate Reviewer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Estimate Reviewer III.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance reviews of contractor estimates for technical accuracy and compliance
• Verify documentation, pricing, and use of estimating software
• Compile estimate revision requests and interact with network contractors for corrections

Required Qualifications

• IICRC MRS Certification is required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or a minimum of six years of experience in construction or property adjusting
• Xactimate Level 3 certification
• Successful completion of IICRC training (WRT, ASD, FSRT) and HAAG training
• Exhibits team leadership capabilities
