IICRC Licensed Estimate Reviewer

Job Summary

To ensure technical accuracy and compliance, the full-time remote IICRC Licensed Estimate Reviewer III will review contractor estimates, verify documentation and pricing, and ensure proposed repairs meet construction standards and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance reviews of contractor estimates for technical accuracy and adherence to industry standards
• Verify documentation and appropriate use of estimating software, including Xactimate and Symbility
• Compile estimate revision requests and interact with network contractors to obtain necessary corrections

Required qualifications

• IICRC MRS Certification is required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or a minimum of six years of experience in the construction industry and/or property adjusting
• Xactimate Level 3 certification is required
• Successful completion of IICRC training (WRT, ASD, and FSRT)
• Exhibits team leadership capabilities
