IICRC Licensed Mitigation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mitigation Specialist who is IICRC-certified and has extensive mitigation expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead resolution of escalated mitigation and emergency services invoices, focusing on non-preferred vendors
• Analyze scopes, moisture mapping, drying plans, and pricing for compliance with IICRC standards
• Negotiate disputed mitigation charges using technical justification and industry best practices

Required Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Adjuster license
• WTR required IICRC certification (ASD strongly preferred)
• At least 2 years of experience in water mitigation or complex mitigation billing
• Proven success in negotiating escalated or disputed mitigation invoices
• Advanced understanding of IICRC standards and mitigation best practices
