IIS Administrator
Job Summary
To manage and support IIS infrastructure running on AWS, the remote contract IIS Administrator will focus on Windows Server administration, application deployments, and security monitoring.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and maintain IIS and Windows Server environments
- Implement and manage AWS services such as EC2, ALB/NLB, and CloudWatch
- Oversee application deployments using CI/CD practices and troubleshoot issues as they arise
Required qualifications
- Strong experience with IIS and Windows Server administration
- Proficiency in AWS services and infrastructure management
- Knowledge of Terraform or CloudFormation for infrastructure as code
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with security practices, patching, and production support
