Job Summary

Managing complex workers compensation claims, the fully remote Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster will utilize their 3-5+ years of claims management experience to analyze claims exposure, interact with various parties for effective resolution, and provide exceptional customer service to claimants in Illinois and Iowa.

Key responsibilities

• Execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure and plan appropriate resolutions
• Interact extensively with parties involved in the claims process to ensure effective communication
• Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently to support claim outcomes

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in Illinois and Iowa
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
