Illinois and Ohio Case Manager

Job Summary

Supporting personal injury cases in Illinois and Ohio, the full-time remote Case Manager will manage the operational aspects of pre-litigation claims, including opening insurance claims, requesting medical records, and resolving lien issues to ensure attorneys have timely information.

Key responsibilities

• Open insurance claims and manage communication with carriers
• Request, track, and follow up on medical records and police reports
• Monitor lien and subrogation issues, ensuring timely resolution

Required qualifications

• 2+ years in legal operations, case management, or claims handling
• Experience handling personal injury cases in Illinois or Ohio
• Process-driven and detail-oriented
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is preferred but not required
