Job Summary
A company is looking for a Virtual School Nurse in Illinois.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and reviews of health history reports for students
- Develop and assist with specific health plans tailored to individual student needs, particularly for those with diabetes
- Communicate regularly with outside doctors regarding student diagnoses and health requirements that may affect their schooling
Qualifications:
- Valid Illinois RN License
- Professional Educator License (PEL) with Certified School Nurse (CSN) endorsement
- Experience in pediatric nursing or school health is preferred
