Illinois Client Access Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Access Specialist for IL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Obtain authorizations from payers and upload to the document repository
• Identify and resolve authorization and eligibility issues by communicating with payer representatives
• Monitor and track authorizations and expiration dates, ensuring timely renewals

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required
• One to two years of experience in revenue cycle management or billing in the healthcare field
• Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
• Self-motivated and reliable, with a strong attention to detail
