Job Summary
Working remotely, the part-time Illinois Compliance Coordinator will develop, implement, and maintain internal audit policies and procedures while ensuring timely reporting of audit information to stakeholders and collaborating with the Operations Team to support compliance for OMI projects.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor resource utilization and financial compliance for OMI projects, ensuring alignment with budgets and policies
- Develop and maintain tracking and reporting tools to assess compliance with applicable regulations
- Facilitate partnerships and resource planning to ensure OMI Leadership is informed about project commitments
Required qualifications
- Two years of education, training, or work experience in Public Administration, Public Health, or a related field
- Experience within the health/regulatory environment
- Demonstrated experience in healthcare policy and/or data management
- Master's Degree in a relevant area may substitute for one year of work experience
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance concepts and practices
