Illinois Epic Lumens Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance EMR applications, the full-time Illinois Epic Lumens Analyst will implement, modify, test, and administer systems while serving as a liaison among vendors, IT personnel, and end users, with responsibilities including the development of application reports and user support, in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain Epic modules and applications related to EMR
• Coordinate unit and integrated application testing while serving as the first point of contact for end-user issues
• Create ad hoc reports and assist in drafting training documentation for effective system use

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience in information systems or healthcare
• Epic Certification within 6 months of hire
• Experience with project planning and comparative analysis of system design
• Ability to create and maintain application report templates
• Experience in providing support for 24/7 environments, including on-call responsibilities
