Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit programmatic and financial reports for government-funded grants
• Ensure compliance with grant agreements and maintain organized grant records
• Track reporting and reimbursement deadlines across multiple grants

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct experience reporting on government grants in Illinois
• Experience preparing and submitting grant reports for the City of Chicago
• Strong understanding of state and local government grant compliance requirements
• Ability to manage multiple grants simultaneously
• Experience with reimbursement-based grants, billing, and invoicing
