- Manage hiring and coordination of Examiners, Invigilators, and Clerical Markers
- Ensure compliance with IELTS policies and maintain accurate records of test materials
- Handle candidate inquiries, complaints, and oversee test day administration
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School Education
- Experience in a cross-cultural environment
- Organizational skills and ethics
- Preferred: Certificate in CELTA or TESOL
- Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) preferred
