Key Responsibilities
  • Manage hiring and coordination of Examiners, Invigilators, and Clerical Markers
  • Ensure compliance with IELTS policies and maintain accurate records of test materials
  • Handle candidate inquiries, complaints, and oversee test day administration
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum High School Education
  • Experience in a cross-cultural environment
  • Organizational skills and ethics
  • Preferred: Certificate in CELTA or TESOL
  • Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) preferred
