Job Summary

A company is looking for an Access Specialist to provide addiction treatment services remotely in Illinois.

Key Responsibilities

• Field, screen, and triage inquiry calls in a clinical call center
• Educate clients and schedule Access interviews with potential clients and their families
• Provide case management and develop individual treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a health-related field
• Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) or ability to obtain within 12 months
• Two years of experience in addiction treatment
• Demonstrated clinical competency in access and admissions
• Ability to complete required documentation accurately and timely
