Illinois Licensed Access Specialist

Job Summary

Providing essential support in addiction treatment services, the full-time Illinois Licensed Access Specialist will manage client inquiries, conduct clinical screenings, and collaborate with treatment teams while working remotely from Illinois, Wisconsin, or Iowa.

Key responsibilities:

• Field, screen, and triage inquiry calls while educating clients about available services
• Schedule Access screenings and formulate initial diagnostic impressions for potential clients
• Provide case management and develop individual treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) or ability to obtain within 24 months
• Two years of experience in addiction treatment preferred
• Demonstrated clinical competency in documentation
• Adequate written skills for timely completion of required documentation
