Job Summary
Providing essential support in addiction treatment services, the full-time Illinois Licensed Access Specialist will manage client inquiries, conduct clinical screenings, and collaborate with treatment teams while working remotely from Illinois, Wisconsin, or Iowa.
Key responsibilities:
- Field, screen, and triage inquiry calls while educating clients about available services
- Schedule Access screenings and formulate initial diagnostic impressions for potential clients
- Provide case management and develop individual treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) or ability to obtain within 24 months
- Two years of experience in addiction treatment preferred
- Demonstrated clinical competency in documentation
- Adequate written skills for timely completion of required documentation
