Illinois Licensed Account Executive

Job Summary

Promoting and selling assigned Pearl Insurance coverage(s) remotely, the full-time Illinois Licensed Account Executive will engage with potential clients through various communication channels, manage client relationships, and facilitate the application and underwriting process.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritize and manage sales leads from multiple sources to drive sales performance
• Conduct high-volume customer outreach via phone, email, and other methods to promote and sell insurance coverage
• Document sales activities and maintain customer relationships using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

Required qualifications

• Associate degree in business management, marketing, or a related field
• 2+ years of previous sales and/or customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry
• Property and Casualty insurance license required (or the ability to obtain)
• Proficiency in using CRM systems, e-storage solutions, and MS Office applications
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interface at all organizational levels
