Illinois Licensed Account Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing client base, the full-time Illinois Licensed Account Manager will manage client accounts, handle renewals and marketing processes, and develop relationships with clients and carriers, with the flexibility to work in a hybrid or remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and carrier contacts while actively participating in meetings
• Prepare and submit requests for proposals to insurance carriers, and draft renewal presentations
• Review proposals for accuracy and communicate directly with clients and carriers under supervision

Required qualifications

• Over 3 years of Personal Lines client service experience in an insurance brokerage or independent agency
• Demonstrated experience managing a book of business and familiarity with relevant lines of coverage
• Proficiency with EPIC or similar agency management systems
• Associate's Degree or higher is preferred; a high school diploma with additional training is required
• P&C Insurance License is required upon hire
