Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Relations Account Representative (Remote/Sales).

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and renew assigned insurance coverage(s) to existing clients through various communication channels
• Facilitate the application and underwriting process between clients and internal underwriters
• Document sales activities in the CRM system and maintain customer relationships post-sale

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field
• Previous sales and/or customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry
• An active Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license is required
