Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Relations Account Representative to manage client interactions and promote insurance coverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high volume customer contact to promote and renew insurance coverage
• Facilitate the application and underwriting process, ensuring all necessary information is collected
• Document sales activities in the CRM system and maintain customer relationships post-sale

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field
• Previous sales and/or customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface effectively at all organizational levels
• An active Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license is required
