Illinois Licensed Account Specialist

Job Summary

To support the financial services sector, the full-time temporary Illinois Licensed Account Specialist will manage client accounts, process renewals and invoices, and mentor junior staff while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and retrieve compliance documentation for renewals and invoicing
• Perform activities related to processing client requests and resolving discrepancies
• Mentor junior staff and assist with complex account functions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or five-plus years of relevant industry experience
• 3-5 years of commercial insurance experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
• Must maintain or obtain an appropriate insurance broker's license within 6 months of hire
