Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Accounting Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, document, and solution accounting operations and processes
• Meet with accountants, leaders, and stakeholders to diagnose problems and opportunities
• Oversee month-end tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5 years of experience in Healthcare Finance
• Project Management experience
• CPA certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of Workday ERP and accounting theory
