Illinois Licensed Accounting Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Specialist to manage financial operations and ensure tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial accounting operations in SAP, including general ledger and accounts payable/receivable
• Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and support budget and forecasting cycles
• Serve as a backup for the Sales Office Operator and maintain organized financial records

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in accounting and administration, with SAP experience preferred
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and tax reporting requirements
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• High level of discretion when handling sensitive information
