Leading financial and actuarial strategies for large clients, the full-time Illinois Licensed Actuarial Director will leverage extensive experience to drive client engagement, develop innovative solutions, and enhance plan performance while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Communicates complex financial and actuarial concepts to drive client action and improve plan performance
- Leads financial and actuarial engagements for medium to large clients, developing tailored strategies
- Drives revenue growth through client sales of actuarial, financial, and risk solutions
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in health and welfare financial/actuarial strategies in a consulting or brokerage environment
- Proven ability to generate revenue and manage client relationships effectively
- Deep understanding of employee benefit plan design, underwriting, and funding concepts
- State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
- Actuarial designation and current continuing education (optional)
