Job Summary
Seeking an Illinois Licensed Adolescent Therapist, the remote position will provide evidence-based virtual therapy to adolescents, focusing on group therapy facilitation and individual therapy for a personal caseload while collaborating with treatment teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Key responsibilities
- Lead group therapy sessions and conduct individual therapy meetings to assess progress and guide treatment planning
- Utilize evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and ERP while creating and updating individualized treatment plans
- Coordinate care with patients' outpatient teams and engage in crisis management as part of a collaborative treatment approach
Required qualifications
- Licensed in Illinois as LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
- Experience in conducting individual and group therapy sessions
- Proficient in providing therapy via virtual platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment
