Job Summary

Seeking an Illinois Licensed Adolescent Therapist, the remote position will provide evidence-based virtual therapy to adolescents, focusing on group therapy facilitation and individual therapy for a personal caseload while collaborating with treatment teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Key responsibilities

• Lead group therapy sessions and conduct individual therapy meetings to assess progress and guide treatment planning
• Utilize evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and ERP while creating and updating individualized treatment plans
• Coordinate care with patients' outpatient teams and engage in crisis management as part of a collaborative treatment approach

Required qualifications

• Licensed in Illinois as LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
• Experience in conducting individual and group therapy sessions
• Proficient in providing therapy via virtual platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams
• Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment
• Alignment with the mission and values of the organization
