Job Summary

A company is looking for an Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate new members and formulate individualized care plans
Facilitate individual coaching sessions and manage a caseload of members
Document sessions and develop new clinical tools for member engagement

Required Qualifications

Certified as an alcohol and drug counselor or equivalent
3-5 years of experience in alcohol use disorder or addiction treatment
BA/BS and/or MA preferred
Experience with EMR systems and telehealth settings
Knowledgeable of evidence-based SUD treatment programs
