Job Summary
To support a pediatric neuromuscular program, the full-time Illinois Licensed Ambulatory Nurse Coordinator will manage clinical activities, coordinate outreach and community education, and facilitate optimal patient care, with the option for remote work one day per week after the probationary period.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinates program activities related to clinical care, education, and research
- Completes assessments and develops care plans to enhance patient care and satisfaction
- Acts as a liaison between the division and community programs, supporting patient transitions and education
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution; master's preferred
- Current licensure as a registered professional nurse in Illinois
- Minimum of 3 years of pediatric nursing experience
- Proficiency in computer programs such as Word, Excel, PowerBI, and Epic
- BLS certification required
