A company is looking for an Assistant Managing Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership within the staff counsel office and manage a personal caseload
• Conduct suit analyses and evaluate talent for performance cycles
• Recruit, hire, develop, and retain outstanding legal staff and support staff

Required Qualifications

• At least 10 years of legal experience in relevant areas of practice
• Management experience including direct leadership and project oversight
• Member in good standing with the Illinois state and federal general bar
• Experience analyzing data to derive insights
• Proficiency with MS Office and adaptable to new software platforms
