Job Summary
Leading the clinical team in the Over-18 Eating Disorders program, the full-time Illinois Licensed Associate Director will ensure fidelity to the treatment model, develop clinicians, and provide direct patient care in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee quality of care across PHP and IOP, monitoring fidelity to the treatment model and providing corrective support
- Support program onboarding and ongoing training while providing clinical supervision for staff working toward licensure
- Manage day-to-day clinical operations, including staffing assignments and ensuring coverage standards for meals and snacks
Required qualifications
- Independently licensed as a psychologist, LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in Illinois
- 2+ years post-degree clinical experience in eating disorder treatment
- Experience treating OCD, anxiety, PTSD, and/or depression is strongly preferred
- Experience supervising staff, both licensed and seeking licensure
- Program development and implementation experience
