Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bariatric RN Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts pre-service clinical coverage reviews and assesses members' health status
• Manages care for members in pre-operative and post-operative phases of Bariatric surgery
• Coordinates ongoing care and provides patient education for self-management and lifestyle changes

Required Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of residence
• 3+ years of experience in a hospital setting managing medical/surgical or bariatric patients
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word and ability to navigate a Windows environment
• Ability to work until 8:00pm at least one night per week
• Access to high-speed internet and designated workspace from home
