Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Clinical Leader, Behavioral Health (ABHIL).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the key Behavioral Leader and subject matter expert for the health plan
• Drive the overall Behavioral Health Strategy, focusing on innovative initiatives for vulnerable sub-populations
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support Behavioral Health needs

Required Qualifications

• Active licensure in Illinois as LPC, LCPC, LSW, or LCSW
• 3 or more years of clinical experience in community behavioral health
• 3 or more years of Medicaid managed care experience
• Experience in project/program management related to behavioral health
• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field
