Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with plan enrollment and provide information on Medicare Health Insurance, prescription drug, vision, and dental plans
• Handle inbound calls and ensure compliant and efficient enrollment processes
• Manage sales pipeline and meet expected sales goals

Required Qualifications

• Active Residence License in Health and Life
• 1 year of sales or upselling experience
• Entry-level position with no degree required
• Aptitude for understanding Medicare insurance details and compliance with CMS regulations
• Ability to work up to 8 hours of overtime per week
