Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Pharmacy
- Current and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of Illinois
- 3+ years of experience working as a licensed pharmacist
- 3+ years of patient consultation experience as a licensed pharmacist
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
