Job Summary
Seeking an Illinois Licensed Bilingual Therapist, the part-time or full-time position will provide compassionate, trauma-informed care through telehealth, managing a caseload of 15-36 sessions per week while collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct clinical intakes and assessments to develop client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth while maintaining accurate documentation in the EHR
- Deliver culturally responsive care that addresses each family's unique needs and experiences
Required qualifications
- Active Illinois license: LPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Commitment to trauma-informed care
