Job Summary
To support the growth of DAT's carrier customer base in Illinois, the fully remote Illinois Licensed Carrier Success Representative will manage retention outcomes, execute upsell strategies, and cultivate strong customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Own churn quota and proactively manage at-risk accounts while ensuring onboarding for new fleets of 10+ trucks
- Achieve growth targets for ancillary services and develop best practices for product upgrades
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of territory dynamics and build growth strategies based on data analysis
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in account management within a B2B environment
- Deep understanding of the freight and logistics industry
- Strategic thinker with experience in developing profitable customer relationships
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Salesforce reporting and data analysis
