Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Call Centre Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Process clients' first notice of loss claim reports accurately and timely
• Resolve complex claims inquiries and provide clear advice to colleagues and customers
• Liaise with internal and external clients to clarify facts and resolve queries efficiently

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least 6 months of Customer Service experience
• Data entry experience
• Designated workspace free from noise and distractions
• Stable, high-speed internet connection of at least 5 Mbps up and 10 Mbps down
