Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Experience Specialist (Licensed) to manage non-licensed and limited licensed aspects of real estate transactions remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate agents, managing contractual dates and deadlines
• Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation throughout the transaction process
• Execute end-to-end transaction processing, including verifying details and preparing commission payments

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination
• Active Illinois real estate license in good standing
• Ability to learn and navigate multiple software systems effectively
• Experience managing end-to-end workflows and prioritizing tasks
• Demonstrated ability to maintain compliance and data integrity in transactions
