Key Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks for real estate agents, managing contractual dates and ensuring timely transaction closure
• Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation throughout the transaction process
• Manage communication and transaction details, serving as the point-of-contact for all stakeholders involved

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination
• Active real estate license in good standing
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Proficiency in navigating multiple software systems for transaction management
