Job Summary

A company is looking for a Personal Lines Client Service Manager II to manage a diverse book of personal lines business and ensure high-quality insurance solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day account management and ensure service exceeds expectations
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
  • Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of client service and/or claims management experience, or High School degree/GED with 8+ years of experience
  • Producer's License and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Appropriate licensing as required
  • Preferred knowledge of insurance and experience managing client relationships
  • Solid financial acumen is preferred
