Illinois Licensed Client Service Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing client base, the fully remote Illinois Licensed Client Service Manager will provide personalized service to clients regarding their insurance needs, maintain accurate client and policy data, and collaborate with the team to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with inquiries about policies, endorsements, and claims
• Maintain accurate client and policy data using company technology
• Collaborate with team members to secure existing business and promote additional services

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 0+ years of client service and/or claims management experience, or High School degree/GED with 3+ years of relevant experience
• Active Producer's license or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire
• Proficient in using technology to enhance productivity and service quality
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in client-facing customer service preferred
