Illinois Licensed Client Service Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing client base, the fully remote Illinois Licensed Client Service Specialist will provide personalized service, manage client inquiries regarding insurance policies, and maintain accurate client and policy data while collaborating with the team to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to clients by answering questions about policies, endorsements, and claims
• Maintain accurate client and policy data using technology to streamline processes and enhance service quality
• Collaborate with team members to secure existing business and promote additional services

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 0+ years of client service and/or claims management experience, or High School degree/GED with 3+ years of relevant experience
• Active Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Proficiency in using technology to enhance productivity and service quality
• Experience in client-facing customer service is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
