Illinois Licensed Client Service Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the fully remote Illinois Licensed Client Service Specialist will provide personalized service to clients regarding their insurance needs, manage client and policy data, and collaborate with team members to drive business growth during standard Monday through Friday hours.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with inquiries about insurance policies, endorsements, and claims
• Maintain accurate client and policy data using Gallagher's technology
• Collaborate with team members to secure existing business and promote additional services

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 0+ years of client service and/or claims management experience, or High School degree/GED with 3+ years of relevant experience
• Active Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Proficiency in using technology to enhance productivity
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Practical experience in client-facing customer service (preferred)
