Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Success Manager, Employee Benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a portfolio of Employee Benefits groups and drive employee engagement in pet insurance
• Build and maintain relationships with HR leaders, benefits brokers, and technology partners
• Coordinate ongoing benefit support and assist in onboarding new client groups

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in relationship management or account management, preferably in employee benefits or insurance
• Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Must obtain a Property & Casualty License within 45 days of hire
• Client-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills
• Proactive approach to identifying needs and resolving issues
