Job Summary
Leading a team of Clinical Compliance Auditors and Specialists, the full-time Illinois Licensed Clinical Compliance Supervisor will ensure adherence to Utilization Management and Population Health Management clinical requirements while collaborating with leadership to promote continuous improvement in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Supervising daily operations of clinical compliance auditors and specialists
- Serving as the liaison to senior management, assisting in the development of efficient team processes
- Coordinating training and performance monitoring for clinical compliance staff
Required qualifications
- Registered Nurse with an active and unrestricted license in Illinois
- Three to five years of experience in leading Utilization Management and Population Health Management initiatives
- Experience in a managed care environment with multiple clients
- Proficient in medical terminology and nationally recognized medical criteria
- Strong organizational skills and experience with audit processes
