Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Clinical Account Consultant to provide comprehensive clinical support for a large healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for clinical assessments and treatment referrals
• Provide intensive case management and coordinate care from initial consultation through ongoing support
• Collaborate with treatment providers and participate in customer meetings to ensure high-quality service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Master-level clinician with a full license to practice in the State of Illinois
• Prior experience in EAP managing formal referrals and account management preferred
• Demonstrated clinical experience in mental health and substance use assessment and treatment
• Ability to work independently and effectively in high-pressure environments
• Previous experience consulting with healthcare organizations is preferred
