Job Summary

To provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Illinois Licensed Clinical Counselor will work remotely, managing patient care and treatment planning while enjoying a Monday to Friday schedule without weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient therapy services to clients via telehealth
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations in a remote work environment

Required qualifications

• Master's level degree in counseling or a related field and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Fluency in English; bilingual candidates (Spanish) are preferred
• Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment
• Proficiency in using telehealth technology and communication tools
