Job Summary

Offering a full-time remote opportunity, the Illinois Licensed Clinical Counselor will provide outpatient services through a telehealth program while managing a diverse client portfolio and collaborating with health plans.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient therapy services to clients via telehealth
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
• Utilize technology for patient communication and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field and appropriate licensure (LCPC)
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment planning
• Ability to maintain a private workspace that meets patient safety and HIPAA standards
• Fluency in English; Spanish language skills preferred
